• 1998-1999 European Commission grant, under Marie Curie Research Training Scheme, for a research postdoctoral stage of 9 months in London at the Natural History Museum, Department of Entomology. The research project done was entitled Quantitative analysis of Holocene climate history in the Pyrenees using midge assemblages in lake sediments: Improving the tool, in collaboration with Mr. Steve Brooks (Research Entomologist at the NHM).
